1. Transparent protective cover for physical isolation, effectively blocking sparks and splashes: The welding area is completely enclosed by high-strength transparent protective cover around and at the top, made of high temperature and impact resistant polycarbonate material, which effectively blocks high temperature sparks and metal splashes during flash welding, preventing burns and fire hazards.
2. Electrical safety interlocking to eliminate the risk of misoperation: The protective cover and control system are electrically interlocked. When the protective cover is not closed or accidentally opened, the equipment automatically cuts off the welding output and prohibits starting, ensuring that welding operations are only carried out with adequate protection, fundamentally avoiding operators from being exposed to hazardous areas.
3. Pneumatic system safety protection to ensure reliable clamping: The pneumatic system is equipped with an air pressure detection switch and a low pressure alarm device.
