Rolled head is a type of head product formed by rolling and welding the plate. It is a practical choice for the end cover of medium and low pressure equipment due to its flexible adaptation to large size requirements and short processing cycle.

Using high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel and other plates as raw materials, it is rolled and formed into a cylinder with a curvature similar to the head by a plate rolling machine, and then welded into a complete head structure (including straight edge sections and curved surface parts). The curved surface transition is smooth, which can effectively disperse the internal pressure of the equipment and adapt to medium and low pressure conditions such as storage tanks, reaction tanks, and pipeline terminals (the design pressure is usually ≤2.5MPa).
