Description:
Tungsten tubes are mainly produced in the following ways:
1. General tungsten tubes are formed as a whole by powder metallurgy sintering. Tungsten powder is loaded into a specific mold, isostatically pressed and formed, and the powder blank is machined, and then loaded into a medium frequency furnace for sintering to obtain a sintered tungsten tube. After machining again, a tungsten tube with a better surface is obtained. This production process is generally aimed at tungsten tubes with a diameter greater than 80mm. If it is a tungsten tube with a small diameter, it can be produced in the following way.
2. Tungsten tubes are produced by processing tungsten rods.
