The Wedge Wire Pressure Screen Basket Cylinder for Paper Pulp is composed of rod strips and V shaped wires through manufacturing on the specialized welding machines.The rib strips and V shaped wires will be welded by resistance welding, has enough welding strength, equally slot gap, high corrosion resistance, large filter area, good permeability, simple structure.
Wedge Wire Pressure Screen Basket Cylinder can be manufactured in almost unlimited height and diameter with the wire running circumficial or long-slot rolled to the I.D. or the O.D. of the cylinder. These wedge wire cylinder screens can be manufactured for stationary/static processing or can be driven on trunions for a rotating effect on your materials.
