Platecoil® heat transfer plates (also called Pillow Plate, Dimple Plate, Thermo Plate, or Cavity Plate), consist of two stainless steel sheets laser welded together with a custom circle pattern.

Platecoil® heat transfer plate’s surface is a panel-type heat exchanger that can be made in endless range of shapes and sizes, its laser-welded and inflated channels can induce fluid turbulence to attain high heat transfer coefficients and performance.
Platecoil® is ideally suited to different applications of high pressure and extreme temperature.
