PUR core sandwich panels are suitable for projects that have strict requirements for warmth. Polyurethane core material is considered to be the best material for thermal insulation. The polyurethane block material becomes stable after foaming, and then combines with the metal plate. The characteristics of this technology are: polyurethane foam, after chemical reaction is stabilized, we will cut the polyurethane core board into different sizes according to customer requirements. Polyurethane sheet has stable physical properties and can be used in combination with color-coated hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel sheet. The surface is smooth and the overall performance is excellent.
The rigid polyurethane foam core can provide excellent heat insulation performance for buildings. This is due to the excellent thermal conductivity λ = 0.022 (PIR core sandwich panels are available), which is unmatched by any mineral wool or EPS sandwich panels. FAMOUS's overall solution is 40-60% cheaper than mineral wool sandwich panels. The polyurethane core sandwich panel has a high fire integrity, which is achieved by the unique double-sided profile of the locking surface of the plate joint.
