Installation & Operation Instructions
Thrust Characteristics
Thrust varies with bellow height - increasing height decreases thrust. Before installation, carefully inspect for transport or storage damage. Do not inflate until properly secured.
Clearance Requirements
- Maintain adequate clearance around the air bellow
- Use full surface of metal parts to bear forces
- Equip air bellows with lateral guides
- Fully deflate before removal
- Avoid constant contact with hydraulic oil, lubricants, solvents, metal cuttings, and welding sparks
- Contact AIRSUSTECH for applications involving special media, specifying medium, temperature, and concentration
Mechanical Stops
Use mechanical stops at both end positions to prevent damage during compression or extension.
