Important
Safety
Guidelines
for
Air
Spring
Installation
Pressurization
Requirements
Air
springs
must
never
be
pressurized
without
proper
external
restraint
from
either
a
structural
frame
or
appropriate
load
support.
Unrestricted
inflation
can
lead
to
uncontrolled
expansion
and
potential
component
failure.
Stroke
Limitation
Mechanical
stops
(bump
stops/external
stops)
are
mandatory
to
prevent
over-extension
or
over-compression.
When
stacking
multiple
air
springs,
ensure
proper
alignment
and
secure
fixation
to
avoid
instability.
Operating
Pressure
Range
Air
springs
operate
as
single-acting
actuators
and
must
not
be
subjected
to
vacuum
or
sub-atmospheric
pressure
conditions.
Monitor
for
potential
overpressure
situations
during
rapid
compression
events.
Additional
Safety
Measures
-
Always
verify
system
pressure
ratings
before
installation
-
Use
appropriate
mounting
hardware
to
prevent
movement
under
load
-
Regularly
inspect
for
signs
of
wear
or
fatigue
Failure
to
follow
these
guidelines
may
compromise
system
integrity
and
void
product
warranties.
