1000 LPH RO Water Dialysis System – Medical-Grade Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Equipment
Description
Our 1000 LPH RO Water Dialysis System is a medical-grade water treatment solution that utilizes membrane separation technology. The system applies pressure greater than the osmotic pressure of the aqueous solution, allowing water molecules to permeate through semi-transmissive membranes. Purified water flows through the product water channel into the central tube while impurities such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses are trapped and removed through the concentrated water outlet.

Working Process
- Raw water pump - Provides pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter
- Multi-medium filter - Removes turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, and colloids
- Active Carbon filter - Eliminates color, free chloride, organic matter, and harmful substances
- Softener - Exchanges calcium and magnesium ions using ion exchange technology
- Micron filter - Prevents particles larger than 5μm, bacteria, and viruses from entering RO membrane
- High pressure pump - Provides necessary pressure for RO membrane operation
- RO system - The core component with 99% desalting rate, removing over 99% of ions
