What is PPGL coil?
PPGL Coil is prepared by combining Zinc Coated Steel Sheets and 55% Aluminum. The resulting product then
has to be coated with Organic substances. Finally, it has to undergo a Paint Coating. This step is what results
in the term 'pre-painted'.

zinc

hot-dip
process.
The end result of this process is a layer of zinc on each side of the steel sheet or coil that is tightly adhered to
