Flange, also known as flange flange or flange. Flanges are the interconnected parts between shafts and are used for the connection between pipe ends; they are also used as flanges on the inlet and outlet of equipment for the connection between two equipment, such as reducer flanges. Flange connection or flange joint refers to a detachable connection in which flanges, gaskets and bolts are connected to each other as a set of combined sealing structures. Pipe flange refers to the flange used for piping in the pipeline installation, and used on equipment refers to the inlet and outlet flanges of the equipment. There are holes on the flanges, and bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flanges are sealed with gaskets. Flange is divided into threaded connection (thread connection) flange, welding flange and clip flange. Flanges are used in pairs, wire flanges can be used for low-pressure pipelines, and welded flanges can be used for pressures above four kilograms. Add a gasket between the two flanges and fasten them with bolts. Different pressure flanges have different thicknesses, and they use different bolts. When pumps and valves are connected to pipelines, parts of these equipment are also made into corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connections. Any connection parts that are bolted at the periphery of two planes and closed at the same time are generally called "flanges", such as the connection of ventilation ducts, such parts can be called "flange parts". But this connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the flange and the water pump, it is not easy to call the water pump "flange parts". Flat welding flanges are suitable for steel pipe connections with a nominal pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa. The sealing surface of the flat welding flange can be made into three types: smooth, concave-convex and tongue-and-groove. The application of the smooth flat welding flange is the largest. It is mostly used when the medium conditions are relatively mild, such as low-pressure non-purified compressed air and low-pressure circulating water.

Neck
flange
welds
are

referred

"high
pivot"
flanges.
Its
purpose

to
transfer
pressure
to

Neck
flange
welds
are
the
best
design
butt
welds
that
provide
flanges
due
to
their
inherent
structural
value.
However,
the
price
is
relatively
high,
because
the
production
process
of
the
product
is
complicated.

Flange:
The
threaded
flange
is
connected
with
a
thread.
But
the
center
of
the
product
has
the
thread
size
corresponding
to

tube.

advantage

it
can

assembled

soldering.

Flanges:
Sliding
flanges
have
a
lower
pivot
because
the
pipe
enters
the
single
flange
before
welding.
It
is
welded
inside
and
outside

strength

leakage.
Lap
Flange:
The
Lap
Flange
is
actually
the
exact
same
sliding
flange,
except
it
is
a
radius
between
the
hole
and
the
flange
race.
It
is
necessary
for
the
radius
to
have
flanges
to
accommodate
lap
stub
ends.
Typically,
lap
flanges
and
lap
stubs
mate
together
at
the
end
of
the
assembly
system.
The
socket
weld
flange
is
a
similar
slip
flange,
except
it
has
a
hole
and
counter
hole
size.
The
matching
of
the
counter
hole
with
the
pipe
allows
the
pipe
to
be
inserted
into
the
flange
similar
to
the
sliding
flange.
The
diameter
of
the
smaller
hole
is
the
same
as
the
ID
to
match
the
same
pipe.
The
confinement
is
a
built-in
hole
that
acts
as
a
shoulder
sleeve
designed
for
piping
to
stay
at
the
bottom.

eliminates
any
flow
restriction
when
