ASME Elliptical/Ellipsoidal Dished End/Head for Pressure Vessel
Since the depth of the elliptical head is between the hemispherical and the dish-shaped head, the requirements for stamping equipment and molds and the manufacturing difficulty are also between the two, that is, it is easier than the hemispherical head and more difficult than the dish-shaped head.
