The reliability, stability and measurement accuracy of the data collector are improved through multiple weighing operations, weighted average and screening and filtering of abnormal signals;
Using trajectory detection technology and intelligent algorithm, the influence of the consistency error of quartz weighing sensor on the measurement error of quartz dynamic truck scale is minimized;
The weighing instrument integrates the analysis results of the data collector and the driving track of the vehicle, obtains the complete vehicle weighing information such as the weight of the axle or axle group, the weight of the whole vehicle, vehicle model and vehicle speed, and transmits it to the upper computer.
