Installation Instructions

The infrared twin-tube emitter is designed for horizontal operation only. Special IR emitters for vertical installation are specially manufactured and marked accordingly.

Required components for installation:

One mounting clip
One spring clamp
Central supports (if necessary)
Stable support plate (>1.5mm steel)

Installation Steps

Drill mounting holes with Φ9.2 mm for clamp spring in the support (mounting plate) at distance L.

Screw the clamp spring in place with ceramic washers on the mounting plate.

Press the IR emitter into position in the retaining spring clip, ensuring it points at the surface to be heated with gold reflector facing the support plate.

Tighten the fastening nuts on the knurled nut.

Important Notes

Lead wire must not cause tension on the press seal (minimum bending radius: >30mm)
Mounting dimensions: L = Overall length of emitter LG:2x35 mm (two-sided connection) or L = Overall length of emitter LG:35 mm -20 mm (one-sided connection)
Central support required for: Tube dimensions 23x11 with LG >1500mm or tube dimensions 34x14 with LG >2000mm
Clean quartz glass tube after installation using provided cleaning cloth or methylated spirit
