Front Shape Options
Concave Front: Ideal for all rock formations, particularly medium-hard and uniform conditions.
Flat Front: Designed for very hard rock and abrasive conditions.
Convex Front: Best suited for soft to medium-hard rock with reduced body wear.
Tungsten Carbide Button Types
- Spherical button (gauge button) - for very hard rock
- Ballistic button (front button) - for medium abrasive, medium hard rock
- Parabolic button (front/gauge button) - for medium abrasive, hard rock
- Flat button - for gauge protection
