Introduction

1. The quality and material of nickel strip should be pure nickel, because pure nickel strip is relatively expensive. Some black heart traders in the market will bring nickel containing alloy to pretend (such as nickel chromium alloy resistance strip, or even stainless steel strip). The contact resistance will increase, the arc suppression performance will be greatly reduced, and the annealing effect will be affected. It is recommended to order from professional manufacturers.

2. The tension control of the annealed single wire must be good. If the tension is too small and the contact between the single wire and the nickel strip jumps, it is easy to produce electric spark and cause electric corrosion of the nickel strip. It is easy to make the surface of the nickel strip rough and grooved, affecting the service life of the nickel strip.

3. The nickel belt shall be carefully installed, and the contact with the embedded clamping surface of the conductive wheel must be good. Check whether the outer diameter of the installed nickel belt is within the normal range.

4. Check the sliding condition between the single line and the nickel strip. The sliding amount shall be reasonable. Excessive sliding will increase the wear of the nickel strip.
