Introduction
As the copper conductors in wire and cable products, such as communication cables, plastic cables, high-voltage cables, electromagnetic wires, etc., almost all require the conductors to be annealed flexible cores. The most basic thing is to ensure that their surfaces are bright, not oxidized, not allowed to be burned, and extend evenly.
Some products require the conductor to have special flexibility, etc. no matter what method is used for annealing, such as glow annealing, induction annealing or resistance contact annealing, the ultimate goal requires that the copper wire must meet the conductor performance required by the cable product. The processing equipment of steel wire rod mainly includes giant drawing, large drawing, medium drawing, small drawing, fine drawing, micro drawing and profile processing machinery. Among them, large, medium and small wire drawing machines basically need to be equipped with continuous annealing device.
At present, the pullers used by domestic wire and cable factories are provided by more than a dozen domestic electrical machinery factories (including some pullers manufactured by Taiwan funded factories in China), except some imported from European nihov company, Henrich company, samp company and Japanese company. It is known from a large number of data and feedback information, The copper wire produced by the wire drawing machine with continuous annealing has more or less some problems, such as oxidation on the surface of the copper wire, electric spark burn or even burn out, inconsistent elongation rate (and degree of softness and hardness), and sometimes bamboo like defects, which seriously affect the quality of the cable.
