Technical Specifications
Solid carbide CNC tools are produced by sintering cemented carbide combined with metallic elements such as tungsten, titanium, or tantalum. This composition provides exceptional heat resistance and enables superior surface finish quality.
The cutting performance of CNC inserts must remain consistent and dependable. In current production environments, tool life is commonly used as a benchmark to evaluate insert quality—the longer the tool life, the better the cutting performance.
