Sharp Blade Cutter
A narrow edge belt is ground on the back tool surface to create the clearance angle, a design that contributes to long tool life through well-chosen cutting geometry. Sharp-tooth milling cutters feature three types of tooth back configurations: straight, curved, and broken. The straight type is commonly used in fine-tooth cutters. Curved and broken tooth backs, by contrast, offer superior tooth strength, making them suitable for withstanding heavy cutting loads—thus typically found in coarse-tooth milling cutters.

Q. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A. No limit for MOQ. For non-standard products, mold fee need to be paid, but can be refunded later.
