Main working mode of low-voltage track flat car: reduce the voltage of 380V power supply (three-phase or single-phase) to 36V safety voltage through transformer. By transferring the wheel sliding block, 36V is sent to the step-up transformer in the vehicle and installed in the electrical box. The transformer converts 36V to 380V. Then, the AC control system provides 380V power for the electric flat car to start, stop, and move forward or backward. The low-voltage rail flat car can be installed on the S-shaped curved rail. It can also be equipped with hydraulic lifting system and lifting system. All accessible places shall be insulated to prevent electric leakage. Kpdz series rail flat car box girder structure has compact structure, convenient use and strong bearing capacity. It can be started and stopped frequently. DC motor is selected to start stably and have large starting torque.
