PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PP melt-blown nonwovens production line is the production of PP melt-blown nonwovens equipment, widely used in mask and medical industry. The principle of the device is as follows:

Automatic feeder feeds 100% new type stretch grade polypropylene into extruder. The PP material is then melted by heating in an extruder. The Roots fan blows air into an air heater, and the heated air is blown through the nozzle head (tens of thousands of holes in the mold) into the liquid molten polypropylene material, which is threaded to the receiving car. Pickup trucks can be customized.

Fine denier fibers (less than 0.1 denier per filament) are very fine and can only be produced by a melt-blown process. It can not be used as raw material of nonwoven fiber alone, but the emergence of nonwoven melt-blown fabric solves this problem. Melt-blown nonwovens are anti-static, breathable, environmentally friendly, soft, moisture-proof, recyclable, easy to form, waterproof, oil-proof, antibacterial and so on.
