The effect of air flow, these short fibers are aggregated on the fiber collection device to form a web or core.The melt-blown process is a one-step process from thermoplastic resin slicing to making a fiber mesh belt (cloth / core tube).Therefore, the process is short, the product is formed in one step, and the production efficiency is high.By adjusting the combination of meltblown processes, different fiber structure (such as fiber diameter (0.5 ~ 3um), web pore size,etc.) can be achieved. The meltblown process is suitable for a wide range of raw materials and is suitable for processing variousmaterials such as polypropylene, polyester, and nylon. At present, polypropylene materials account for more than 95%.
