Softness Cable Mesh Net Corrosion Resistance Building Protection X Tend Mesh is made from stainless steel wire 304 or 316 which has the best corrosion resistance among standard stainless steels. It resists pitting and corrosion by most chemicals, and is particularly resistant to saltwater corrosion.
These cables are linked together by a special method using stainless steel ferrules to form a stressable yet flexible structure for two- or three-dimensional applications.
Types
Buckle Type
Generally, there are two types of buckle: one is closed-type buckle and the other is open-type buckle.
- Closed-type features: The mesh has multiple steel wire ropes combined together, and the closed buckle is relatively stronger, but there are multiple joints at one end of the closure.
- Open-type features: The whole mesh can be made with a single steel wire rope, which is convenient for installation and has a beautiful overall effect.
Knotted Type
The stainless steel wire rope is woven by hand from left to right, integrating the breaking force and toughness of the wire rope into the mesh surface. The whole mesh is integrated into one durable unit with strong corrosion resistance, clear visibility, and meets the requirements of different environments.
