Cement pouring formwork structure is a lightweight, structural stay-in-place formwork system used to build reinforced concrete walls. It is composed of two filtering grids made of rib lath and reinforced by C-profiles. The grids are attached to each other with articulated rebar connectors.

• Rib Lath: Expanded metal with rib produced from commercial quality cold rolled and hot galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM C 847. 0.5 mm thickness.
• C-Profiles: Produced from commercial quality cold rolled and hot galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM C 847. 0.6 mm thickness.
• Connectors: Made from steel in coil grade B DIN 17 223 or equivalent. 20 mm width. 1.5mm thickness.
• Longitudinal Rebar: Made from Fe 400 (French Norm) or equivalent. 500 N/mm2 elasticity limit. 700 N/mm2 traction strength. 5 mm diameter (minimum).
