      get
      through
      a
      long
      downward
      groove
      to
      welding
      wheels,
      where
      two
      copper-plated
      wires
      are
      welded
      with
      the
      nails
      at
      a
      certain
      angle,
      15°
      to
      16°,
      then
      the
      welded
      nails
      are
      coiled
      to
      a
      fixed
      length
      as
      per
      the
      counter
      to
      cut
      off,
      forming
      a
      coil
      shape
      with
      flat
      top
      or
      cone

In China the manufacturers use copper coated welding wires ,

- popular size : dia. 0.6. 0.7, 0.75 to 0.8mm

- diameter tolerance: +0.01/-0.02mm

- tensile strength: 300 – 365 Mpa

- elongation: ≥ 12%

In addition, the stainless steel coil nails have to use stainless steel welding wires.
