when

working,

decompose
under

arc,

oxidizing
and
contaminating
the
electrode
and
mercury
in
the
lamp
tube,
reducing
the
lamp
tube
Service
life.
So
low
hydroxyl
content
in
quartz

is
very
important
in
UV
Germicidal
application.
After
the
quartz

undergoes
dehydroxylation
treatment,
