Description:
The 304 stainless steel chocolate enrobing lines consist of table top chocolate melting tank(chocolate tempering device) and enrobing belt,the chocolate melting tank is mainly used to melt the solid chocolate then create a precise and consistent chocolate waterfall,which can make the product go through the chocolate waterfall for partly or fully chocolate enrobing to make the end product with uniform thickness and consisent weight.
The small chocolate enrober machine is the chocolate enrobing equipment that we mainly designed for small chocolate industry,which is very suitable for the cusotmers who have very small chocolate production demand and very limited operation space.The small chocolate enrobing line can make different kinds of chocolate coated products such as cereal bars, energy bars, protein bars, candy bars, rice bites, wafers and wafer stick, birthday cakes, cakes, breads, rolls, pies, muffins, snacks, candies, confectionery, maamoul and mooncakes, cookies, biscuits, crackers, cake ball, date ball and chocolate truffles, mochi, dates, strayberries and other fruits etc.
