Description:
The double-filling maamoul production line is a high-speed automated production line specifically designed to produce maamoul biscuits with two different filling options. The production line consists of multiple machines designed to perform specific tasks in the production process.
Start with the dough mixer which is used to mix all the necessary ingredients like flour, sugar, water and yeast to make the perfect maamoul dough. The dough is then fed into the hopper of a maamoul forming machine, which shapes the dough into the desired shape and size.
Next, use an automatic filling machine to distribute the first filling into the maamoul. The second filling option uses the same machine for dispensing. Once the fillings are added, the machine moves to a stamping station where the maamoul is stamped into unique shapes and designs. The printed maamoul biscuits are then placed on a baking sheet and sent to the conveyor oven for baking.
After baking, the maamoul cookies are transferred to cooling drums for rapid cooling. Finally, the packaging machine is used to pack the maamoul biscuits into the final packaging.
The double-stuffing maamoul production line is highly efficient, reducing manual labor and increasing production capacity. It is ideal for mass production of maamoul biscuits for commercial use.

1. Automatic bar cutting machine
The automatic bar cutting machine is a separate machine controlled by PLC system with screen panel. It is placed right after the P160 Automatic encusting machine conveyor belt. The automatic bar cutting machine adopts teflon coated carbon steel cutting blade which vertically cut the food into pieces, the cutting speed and food length can be adjusted by control panel. The automatic bar cutting machine can make protein bar, fruit bar, filled date bar, round discs, date roll, cookies, etc.
2. Automatic ball roller machine
The automatic ball roller machine is a separate machine controlled by knob of frequency converter, It is also placed right after the P160 Automatic encrusting machine conveyor belt, this ball roller machine consists of stainless steel 304 structure and teflon coated aluminum rolling wheel. The rolling wheel is customized acccording to customer's ball diameter. The automatic ball roller machine can make energy ball, protein ball, cookie dough ball, etc.
