The multi-lane protein date bar extruder machine  is our newly designed machine based on customers' requirements for large production and multi-lane extruding at the same time,it's suitable for the customers who have very high production demand on soft energy bar making.Customers just need put the well-mixed mixture or dough in the hopper of the energy bar extruder and then run the protein bar machine,there will be six lanes of finished energy bar can be formed through the customized the extrusion mold and then cut to the desired lenght by the seperated protein bar cutter.The Multi Row Protein Bar Extrusion Machine can make protein bar, date bar, nutrition bar, food bar, etc. .
The multi-row protein bar extrusion production line is fully automatic PLC control with touch screen, high configuration with Delta brand, stable in working.

Optional devices:
 
1. Cooling tunnel 
The cooling tunnel is used for cooling food products or chocolate coated products, the cooling temperature normally is setted 0-10 ℃, the cooling tunnel length normally require 6-10 meters, it depends on customer's requirements on customer's product formula. The conveyor belt width has 400mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm for customer to choose. The cooling tunnel is a optional equipment according to customer's product textrure requirements. 

 
2. Automatic panning machine/Automatic tray aligning machine
The automatic panning system or tray aligning machine is used for auto bar sorting and collecting into baking trays. For some bars which need oven baking, room cooling or normal storage, customer need to collect the bars into the baking trays. The auto tray aligning machine avoids collecting the bars one by one by hands, It largely saves the time and labor. 
 

 
3. Chocolate enrobing line
Industrial type chocolate enrobing line includes chocolate enrober and chocolate cooling tunnel. The industrial type chocolte enrobing line has a minumum 400mm belt width which will be connected to the protein bar forming machine, the belt height will be customized according to protein bar machine belt height. It is the essential equipment for making chocolate coated bars. 
 

 
4. Full auto sorting and flow wrapping line
The full automatic sorting and flow wrapping line includes automatic sorting conveyors and automatic flow wrapping machine. The sorting conveyor need to customized according to customer's protein bar line belt width and height, as well as direction in factory. The sorting conveyor can connect directly to the bar forming machine, or connect the cooling tunnel, or connect the cooling conveyor, or connect the chocolate enrober, it is very flexible. The automatic flow wrapping machine is the major machine doing the film wrapping work for the bar products. It has high speed for wrapping bars with different sizes.
