Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) is an innovative thermal imaging technology that utilizes high sensitivity infrared cameras for detecting minute fugitive emissions of industrial gases. Volatile organic compounds (VOCs), widely distributed in industries such as petrochemicals, are easily volatile, flammable, explosive, and toxic. Traditional detection methods generally have shortcomings such as short detection distance, limited search range, and difficulty in intuitive detection.
The LFD615HZ3 is a 640x512/15µm cooled infrared detector. Its high sensitivity is suitable for detection scenes with low gas concentration and slow gas flow rate. Inspectors can identify gases that pollute the environment or are harmful to personnel and assets, enabling timely intervention to prevent profitable gas loss.
