MCT,

HgCdTe,
refers

Mercury-Cadmium-Tellurid
which
is

chemical
compound

cadmium
telluride
(CdTe)
and
mercury
telluride
(HgTe)

photodetectors.
MCT/
HgCdTe
detector
is
a
photoconductive
detector
that
operates
at
a
cryogenic
environment
and
can
detect
infrared
radiation.
It
is
more
sensitive
than
the
thermal
sensors.

detector?
T2SL
refers
to
Type-II
Superlattice,
which
is
an
artificial
material

alternating
growth
periodic
heterojunction

nanometer
size.

high
uniformity

property,

and
