Product Overview
The ACA616T/ACA626T is a full temperature compensation high precision single/dual axis MODBUS digital output tilt sensor developed by RION Technology. Built on a high precision tilt platform, this sensor maintains excellent temperature stability across a wide operating range of -40°C to +85°C, ensuring high measurement accuracy for long-term field equipment monitoring and leveling applications.
The system incorporates a built-in high-precision 24-bit A/D differential converter and utilizes a fifth-order filtering algorithm to measure tilt and pitch angles relative to horizontal. Output interfaces include RS485, RS232, and TTL options. The non-contact installation design provides strong system integration capabilities - simply fix the sensor to the measured object's surface with screws to automatically calculate object attitude and inclination.
This inclinometer features robust resistance to external electromagnetic interference and exceptional shock and vibration tolerance, offering significant competitive advantages for industrial applications requiring high-end performance.
