Q1. Are you a factory?
A:Yes! We are factory in Shenzhen. We have been producing UV LED products for six years.
Q2. What's the wavelength of the UV LED lamp?
A: The wavelength of UV LED lamp usually are 365-405nm.The wavelength for inkjet printer is
395nm, 385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.
Q3. What's your LED chip?
A: We use are Korea LG, Seoul, Taiwna Epileds about the LED chip brand

A: The materials of lamp is Aluminum,and the lens are quartz.

whole
process

use,
all
people
who
are

direct
contact

UVLED

take
measures
to
prevent

eliminate
static
electricity,
and
do
not
touch
the
UV
light
emitting
diode
directly
with
their
hands.

When
welding,
attention
should
be
paid
to
the
welding
time
and
temperature,
and
the
positive
and
negative
polarities
should
be
distinguished.
3)
Electrical
parameters
such
as
current
and
voltage
should
not
exceed
the
rated
values.
Attention
should
be
paid
to
welding
high-power
UV
LED:
1)
The
welding
time
should
not
exceed
3S;
2)
Welding
temperature
should
be
less
than
260
degrees
Celsius.
3)
Reflow
welding
is
allowed
only
once.
4)
When
welding,
distinguish
positive

negative
polarity,

avoid
lens
to
