   • Ensure materials clamped tightly (max gap 0.05mm)
3. Tool Setup:
   • Use semi-tubular rivet setter with flat anvil (match head angle)
   • Select punch diameter = 90% of hollow dia (e.g., 1.8mm for M4)
4. Installation:
   • Apply steady pressure (M4: 800-1,000N)
   • Bucktail should form 140-160° mushroom shape
5. Inspection:
   • Verify head is fully seated (no gap)
   • Bucktail diameter ≥ 1.5x shank dia (e.g., 6mm for M4)
