The
mechanical
vapor
recompression
(MVR)
evaporator
uses
two
steam
sources:
the
evaporator
and
the
compressor.
This
creates
heating
steam,
which
is
then
sent
to
the
evaporator's
heating
chamber
where
it
condenses
into
water
after
increasing
in
temperature,
pressure,
and
enthalpy.
In
this
manner,
the
original
steam
that
was
abandoned
has
been
fully
utilized,
the
latent
heat
recovery
has
improved
the
thermal
efficiency
and
economy
of
steam,
comparable
to
30
effect
evaporation,
lowering
the
demand
for
external
heating
and
cooling
resources,lowering
energy
consumption,
and
lowering
pollution.
