Bag Shaking Scraper Bottom Vertical Peeler Centrifuge

PPSBDL series automatic bag shaking scraper bottom discharging centrifuge is continuous working and intermittent discharging by scraper filtration centrifuge. This is a new kind of centrifuge developed on the basis of PPSBD centrifuge, pneumatic bag shaking device is added to remove the residual filter cake thoroughly. This centrifuge adopts PLC control and step-less speed adjustment by frequency conversion speed controller, which energy can be consumed by dynamic braking system. This design could reach the result of even stop of centrifuge. In accordance with each preset program, feeding, separating, washing, dehydration, discharging, bag shaking on each speed.

This series centrifuges are widely used on suspension separating of middle size particle, especially when the customer do not have a high requirement on solid crystal figure.

During the process of discharging,the scraper acts,under the impact of it most products are discharged through the blanking hole on the bottom of drum to the outside.The remnant product layer will be removed because of oscillation effect by the influence of automatic shaking-bag mechanism inside the drum.
