What is delivered to the customer is not just a welding machine, but a complete "welding work island". The integrated spot welding machine includes: a microcomputer controller (brain), a transformer and electrode arm (heart and hands and feet), a gas source processing unit (respiratory system), a water system (circulatory system), and a "mechanical skeleton and motion system" composed of a crane arm, a balancer, and a sliding rail and pulley. All components work together to make the originally fixed spot welding machine move like a dexterous robot arm in three-dimensional space, greatly expanding the operating radius and flexibility, especially suitable for welding large structural components and molds.
