Gas liquid pressure diffusion welding machine is an advanced solid-state connection device that adopts a unique "high-temperature and high-pressure non melting" process principle. By precisely controlling the three core parameters of temperature, pressure, and time, it achieves atomic level bonding of materials in vacuum or protective atmosphere environment. In terms of welding quality, gas-liquid pressure diffusion welding has shown significant advantages: the joint strength can reach more than 95% of the base material, the heat affected zone is controlled within 100 μ m, completely avoiding common defects such as porosity and cracks in traditional fusion welding.
