DXD-180H Horizontal Pouch Packaging line contains filling,sealing, dust collecting,powder feeding function. The cams on the main shaft finish the coordinated action driven by the motor and the encoder . Under the control of the PLC, it realizes the function of film roll→film forming→film in-shape→opening inspection→powder filling→dust extraction→sealing→ finished products transferring. At last, the finished products are manually put into boxes or cartons. The machine designs properly with a beautiful appearance.
