Centrifugal separation is different from traditional filtration methods. There is no filter medium inside the centrifuge. Centrifugal separation is a process of separating solids and liquids with different densities by the huge centrifugal force generated by its own high-speed rotation. The centrifuge does not need to be stopped during the entire separation process, and the entire production is fully automatic, without manual intervention and shutdown for cleaning. Usually in the production process, a decanter centrifuge is used to separate large particles of solids, which is called coarse filtration; and a disc separator is used to separate small particles of solids, which is called fine filtration.
