Monofilament production line is a self-designed product based on digesting and absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad and combined with the actual situation of China's plastic industry. The monofilament produced by this equipment is mainly used for weaving various ropes and cables, fishing nets, various protective nets and other fields.
The main engine is equipped with a pressure gauge to display the high-temperature melt pressure, and a tachometer to display the screw speed. The linear speed of each roller can be displayed by the speedometer, the setting and adjustment of the drawing ratio is convenient, and the speed of each single machine can be adjusted separately.
The unit system is controlled by microcomputer. Each unit can be controlled centrally and operated separately. The whole unit can rise and fall speed synchronously.
