1. Features of PVC hard sheet extrusion production line
(1) screw with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design.
(2) hanger die head adopts special double throttling design to make plate thickness adjustment more accurate.
(3) temperature control ±1C can accurately control the plasticizing process and product thickness, flatness.

2. Introduction of PVC sheet production equipment
There are two main methods for making PVC rigid sheet:
(1) Calendering line: thickness 0.15mm-0.55mm, width ≤680mm
(2) Extrusion line: thickness 0.15mm-2.0mm, width ≤1300mm
