deteriorate

fluctuations,

varistor

should
be
selected
as
much
as

under
the
premise
that
the
IC
(MOS

has

sufficient
withstand
voltage
and
the
voltage
fluctuation
area
is
large.
A
combination
with
a
higher
value
should
be
selected,

flow
and

selected
