Product Description
The Bently Nevada 3500/22M Transient Data Interface (TDI) module serves as a critical link between the 3500 monitoring system and software applications such as System 1 and 3500 Configuration. This versatile module combines the functionality of both a Rack Interface Module and a communication processor like TDXnet.
Positioned in Slot 1 adjacent to the power supplies, the 3500/22M connects to M series monitors to collect both steady-state and transient data. This comprehensive data is then transmitted via Ethernet connection to host software for analysis and monitoring.
The module captures static data as standard functionality. With the addition of an optional disk, it can also capture dynamic and high-resolution transient data. While not part of the critical monitoring path, every rack requires either a TDI or RIM module in Slot 1 for proper system operation.
