The ABE040 system rack is engineered for housing hardware components in industrial machinery protection and condition monitoring systems. With a standard 6U height configuration, it accommodates up to 15 single-width modules or various combinations of different-sized components. Designed for permanent installation in standard 19-inch cabinets or panels, this rack features versatile mounting bracket options to support diverse installation requirements.
The ABE040 incorporates an integrated backplane that provides electrical connectivity for all installed components, including power supplies, processing units, input/output modules, and control modules. A monitoring relay at the rear panel indicates normal operational status of the power modules. The rack supports either single or dual power unit configurations: a single 330W supply can power a fully loaded rack, while dual supplies offer either redundant backup power or enhanced operational capability across broader environmental conditions.
Processing modules are installed at the front panel, while corresponding input/output modules are positioned at the rear, providing connectors for sensor interfaces and connections to external control systems. These racks are typically factory-preconfigured for immediate deployment, though individual modules can be subsequently reconfigured using specialized software to meet specific application requirements.
