Insulating Glass Sealant is typically packaged and shipped in 5-gallon plastic pails with a lid. The pails are filled with the product and sealed with a lid. The pails are then shrink-wrapped and placed on a pallet. Once placed on the pallet, the pails are secured with shrink-wrap and/or stretch wrap.
The pallet is then secured to a truck for shipment with straps. The shipment is then sent to its destination. The truck must be able to carry a maximum weight of 1,500 pounds.
