Frozen Products Screw Feeding Multihead Weigher Automatic Tray Packaging Line
The automatic tray packaging line is an integrated weighing and packing solution designed for fresh meat, salad, cooked food, ready meals, and sticky or irregular food products. The system combines a screw feeding multihead weigher (auger multihead weigher), automatic product feeding and tray loading, tray sealing (optional MAP modified atmosphere packaging), coding & labeling, checkweigher, metal detector, and automatic cartoning, delivering a fully automated and hygienic packaging process.
The screw feeding multihead weigher is specially designed for sticky, wet, marinated, oily, or fragile products, ensuring smooth and controlled feeding without clogging or material bridging. Compared with vibration feeding weighers, auger feeding provides more stable flow control, higher weighing accuracy, reduced product damage, and improved hygiene performance, making it ideal for prepared food, mixed salad, seasoned meat, and cooked dishes.
