Industrial air spring 1B9X5 is used in industrial lifting air bags, excavators, high-speed punch press balance die pads, Komatsu press machines, industrial washing machines, agricultural machinery, textile machines, clothing printing machines, gate valve operators, glue coating machines, web tightening tools, tool spring drivers, quenching drain drivers, paper mills, and pickling tank drivers.

1. Assess Load Capacity - Choose one or two AIRSUSTECH shock absorbers capable of supporting the required load at each mounting location. Design pressures should ideally be maintained between 4 and 6 bar. Initially, consider single or double convolute models and the 1M1A series.
2. Determine Damping Requirements - Identify the disturbance frequency that most closely matches your application's actual force frequency: 7, 13, or 25 Hz. Then, review the corresponding damping percentage for the pneumatic actuator and select the appropriate model.
3. Specify Design Height - The air suspension assembly should operate at a specified design height. Note that the design height for a double convolute air bag is typically greater than that of an equivalent single convolution unit.
4. Finalize Internal Pressure and Vibration Isolation Performance - Finalize the required internal operating pressure and the target vibration isolation percentage after the initial model selection.
