The air spring can be used in juice extraction presses

The air spring is filled with compressed air in a sealed container, and uses the compressibility of the gas to achieve its elastic effect. Air springs have ideal nonlinear elastic characteristics.
Tension of the filter press belt: The rubber air spring is used to automatically tension the belt, which is not only stable but also avoids overload, safe and reliable, and is equipped with a pressure relay, which can automatically stop safely and realize the automation of the whole process. During the pressing process, each of the upper and lower filter belts is equipped with a guide roller and a deviation correcting pneumatic valve, and the rubber air springs on both sides are automatically charged and exhausted to automatically correct the deviation of the filter belt.
