Water Vessel:

Open top with top entry propeller stirrer.
Closed top with bottom or full entry propeller stirrer.

Main Vessel:

Top entry paddle type or bottom entry bowl propeller blade stirrer.
Hydraulic lid lifting for rapid and easy cleaning.
Flexible product transfer pipes and fittings for load cells and hydraulic lifting.

Homogenizer:

Available as offline or inbuilt angular/vertical bottom entry, with or without circulation.
Interconnecting pipelines with conical fitter for molten wax and water phases.
Lobe pump for recirculating products during flavor addition and transferring final products to storage.
High-accuracy load cells for manufacturing and annex vessels.
SCADA software with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and data integrity.

Vacuum System:

Removes aeration from the final product.
Transfers molten wax and hot water into manufacturing and mobile storage vessels.
